In the app (fastest)
- Open One Minute X and log in to your account.
- Tap Profile and then the gear (Settings).
- Tap "Delete my account", type DELETE to confirm and tap "Delete permanently".
Can't access the app
Send an email to oneminutex.oficial@gmail.com with the subject "Delete account", from the same email used to sign in, including your @. We'll reply and complete the deletion within 15 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, @, photo, cover, bio and voice intro).
- All your posts, replies, threads and shows, and their translations.
- Your likes, reactions, comments, saved items, followers and who you follow.
- Your direct messages and conversations.
- Your community memberships. Communities you created go to a moderator; if there is no moderator, they are deleted.
- Notifications and preferences.
Delete data without deleting your account
You can delete parts of your data at any time, without deleting your account:
- Posts, replies, threads and shows: open the post, tap "⋯" and choose Delete.
- Photo, cover, bio, link and voice intro: Profile → Edit profile → remove or change and save.
- Likes, reactions, saved items and who you follow: tap again to undo.
- Communities: inside the community, tap "Leave community".
- To delete other specific data, email oneminutex.oficial@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion", from the email used to sign in. We reply within 15 days.
What may be kept for a while
Access logs required by law (Marco Civil da Internet, art. 15) are kept for 6 months and then deleted. Reports you made may be kept anonymously for safety purposes.
Prazo
Deleting in the app is immediate for visible content. Full removal of technical records takes up to 30 days.
